Change in governance in 2020
The role of the President remains of the utmost importance:
- S/he would sit on the Executive Committee
- S/he would be a Director on the Board and be the Chair of the Board of Directors
This change would significantly:
- Improve CTA governance;
- Clarify roles;
- Increase services, program and representation’s efficiency; and
- Allow for more funds to be invested in Members' programs and services.
